Why this matters now\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The climate crisis, growing inequality, social division and declining trust in public institutions are deeply connected. They expose the fragility of the systems we depend upon, from the natural systems that sustain life to the social, economic and democratic systems that shape our daily lives.<\/p>

This is also a moment of possibility. We have an urgent opportunity to rethink these systems and build a healthier, fairer and more resilient society. Doing so will help us respond more effectively to the defining challenges of our time, including climate change, rapid technological transformation and growing pressure on communities and public institutions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

We must recruit humanity\u2019s incredible talent for creativity and collaboration to prevent a calamity. We must develop technologies which are integrated into Earth\u2019s ecological systems without destroying them. Most of us were fortunate enough to be born into a world of abundance. It is our responsibility to nurture this abundance, ensure that it nourishes and provides for everyone, especially society\u2019s most vulnerable, and endow our children with a better world than the one we inherited from our parents.
Together, we can change the rules of the game, build a fair and democratic economy, and allow all people to prosper. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

To create a systemic change we must work in two directions: bottom-up and top-down.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
