The Tevel Project is a unique initiative jointly led by the Heschel Center for Sustainability and the Ministry of Education, aiming to fundamentally reshape the role of the education system in the era of climate change.<\/p>\n

The program aspires to integrate sustainability challenges into the heart of the educational system and prepare educators to tackle complex environmental and social questions. This is achieved by driving the system towards deep, renewed thinking, developing innovative educational policies, and implementing solutions that promote real change on the ground.<\/p>\n

At the core of the project lies the understanding that climate change is a systemic challenge affecting all aspects of life. Education, as a powerful tool for change, must evolve and adapt to the new reality. The Tevel Program creates educational platforms that bridge the gap between climate challenges and educational approaches, with the goal of cultivating graduates who are ready to lead significant change in society.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This program is designed for senior education professionals from various sectors, providing them with tools for educational innovation and policy development in the climate era. Participants in the program will gain deep learning, inspiration, and practical tools for implementing change in the education system, alongside the creation of a professional network of peers. The Tevel Lab<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Tevel Lab is a platform for collaborative research and development in climate education. By focusing on specific areas such as urban education systems, disciplinary approaches, or pedagogical methods (as detailed in the Results external document), the Lab provides opportunities for participants to work together and develop innovative solutions to climate education challenges.<\/span><\/p>\n
